Done with fundraising, the crew of Technology Bytes is back to their regularly scheduled 2 hours of goofy tech support. A varied and interesting batch of callers this evening.

Second in a series of three fundraising episodes. We made the goal, but it was down to the wire.

First episode of the spring fundraiser. We hit our $1800 goal in the first hour. Not too shabby!

Dwight Silverman was out sick. On air conversations ranged from in depth discussion of pirates and ninjas to geek marriage counselling with a late caller.

The on air discussions were varied and interesting. From salvaging computers out of the trash to Twitter and beyond.

Discussion is all over the place tonight. File encryption, spam, spyware, safely surfing pr0n and the history of the Starbucks logo as well as loving or hating their coffee.

Banter by the hosts ranges from Battlestar Galactica season premier to Star Trek Voyager. Later in the show someone calls in using an AT&T Western Electric dial phone which results in much humor.

Phones worked fine, but there was no display of the callers on hold in the control room so phliKtid was calling them out in his own unique and humorous way.
